Integral Wave Collects Final Series A Tranche

AUSTIN, TX -- Semiconductor designed Integral Wave Technologies announced that it has drawn down its final tranche of series A financing, receiving $6 million to complete its $16 million round.

The company designs develops and delivers "highly-configurable analog-intensive mixed-signal products and solutions for customers across a wide range of high-growth markets."

Investors in the round were CenterPoint Ventures, Hunt Ventures and Rho Ventures.  The company intends to hire additional engineering team members and expand sales and marketing efforts.
